David Huss and Associates of Allen Tate, Realtors employs the team approach to selling properties. The team leader is David Huss. David’s career in real estate began as an onsite agent for a large national builder where he learned how to properly market and stage properties. The experience was invaluable in that David learned a lot about the buyer’s mentality. How to quickly size up a buyer, what they are experiencing at the moment and what might be the hot button to inspire them to make a commitment. A change to general brokerage was prompted in 2000 when flexibility of time and working for his clients became a priority. Since that bold step, it has been nothing short of 100% success.
